Where specialist registration, licensing or competence is required, the requirements relevant to that particular job should be checked before work begins.

Sussex Building & Property Services is based in Lancing, West Sussex. We do not have a customer-facing shop or office. We visit customers at their properties by appointment across East Sussex, West Sussex and Brighton & Hove. Enquiries and appointments can be arranged online.
